Ten little fingers and toes complete with chubby cheeks and a button nose..... Our house has just been enlarged by two hands and two feet !
 
Baby Aafreen is finally here . Mommy and Aafi are doing just fine . Daddy is busy with daddy jobs (yes diaper changes).
